Job Description
Placed by Leon has partnered with a globally known fine jewellery and watch brand on an exciting Deputy Manager opportunity.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Boutique Director in driving business performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You’ll take an active role in operational management, people development, and cultivating long-term client relationships—contributing directly to both the store's commercial success and its reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of store sales targets by tracking performance and driving day-to-day results.
- Develop strategies to grow client relationships and optimise sales opportunities.
- Contribute to commercial planning through performance analysis and market awareness.
- Implement and monitor action plans aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Assist in shaping the store team structure and participate in hiring and onboarding.
