This is a rare opportunity for an experienced luxury leader to shape a high-performance team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and represent one of the most revered Maisons in the world.

As Boutique Director, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead of the brand’s flagship store – responsible for elevating commercial performance, team development, client engagement, and boutique excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive all aspects of boutique performance – including sales, client development, marketing, and profitability.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives to grow the boutique’s luxury client base and elevate client experiences.
  • Develop and execute clienteling and CRM action plans in partnership with head office.
  • Represent the brand at local and global client events.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic sales team, setting clear goals and daily motivation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and training based on individual development needs.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-achieving store culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand and group policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee all boutique operations including stock, cash handling, security, and administration.
  • Ensure exceptional visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a luxury flagship boutique, showroom, or property – ideally within watches, jewellery, luxury fashion, or hospitality.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a high-end, client-focused environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to deliver results.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep cultural awareness and emotional intelligence to lead diverse teams and high-value clients.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience desirable.
