Place2be is seeking a Family Practitioner to work with Children and their families to support mental health needs within a school-based approach.
You will help adults better understand and support their child’s mental health, demystify stigma and enable access to necessary support. A Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Early Years or Counselling and Psychotherapy is required, with prior family support or early years experience.
