Experienced Studio Operations Manager for Lively Central London Practice £45,000-£60,000 p.a. Central London.
An award-winning architecture practice based in central London is looking for an outgoing and proactive practice manager to help run their studio and lead their team. The company has strong community values and is looking for someone enthusiastic who is prepared to act as the organisational glue of the practice.
The perfect candidate has a sharp eye for detail, is comfortable coordinating operations within a mid-size office, and has 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the built environment industry.
The day-to-day of this role will include a wide range of administrative duties, including (but not limited to) management and maintenance of the reception, facilities, office health and safety, and onboarding.
The successful candidate will be confident with Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc, as well as CMap and Advero, is highly desirable.
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site at our client’s London office offering numerous benefits and competitive salary.
