Job Description

As Studio/Office Manager, you will be the glue that holds this studio together. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and help foster a warm, efficient, and inspiring workplace.

Additional and important elements include:

Overseeing studio operations, including supplies and maintenance

Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and collaborators

Support HR functions: onboarding, team events, and wellbeing initiatives

Manage calendars, meetings, and studio communications

Champion studio culture: organise social events.

Maintain and support compliance with ISO standards and studio-wide quality systems.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and love working with people.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the need to be tech-savvy.

Past experience in a creative or design-led environment (architecture, design, arts – is a bonus for this position).
