Imagine being THE engineer who takes a live, revenue-generating product out of a venture studio and makes it the company's own. The first core internal technology hire. Real ownership, not a job title dressed up as one.

A regulated investment platform with a launched product, paying customers and real money flowing through it. The next phase: pulling the entire stack out of a venture studio partner and re-architecting it for multi-partner scale.

You'll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure and operational systems. You'll own architecture, environments and deployment pipelines through the transition and you'll integrate KYC/AML, wallet screening, payments and messaging providers.

Stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node/NestJS, AWS, Postgres. Agentic AI first mindset.

Bonus: wallet integrations, fintech or digital assets, scaling modular or white-labelled platforms.

Suitable for engineers who think in systems, not tickets. Ex-founders, founding engineers ready to do it again at the next stage, or senior IC engineers tired of waiting for a 6-week sprint cycle. Not for you if you need defined scope, weekly grooming meetings, or six layers of management between you and the decision.

£90k–£110k base + employee options. London, in-office. No CV required to start the chat. Message Kieran on LinkedIn to fast track.
