Quantitative Developer (Rust)

Working for a VC backed DeFi start up, you\’ll play a pivotal role in the evolution of their core infrastructure.

You\’ll collab directly with the founding team – who are mostly ex-Oxcord/Camb – to make meaningful and enduring advancements within the company.

You\’ll do this in a small team of two engineers.

One of your main responsibilities will be improving their low-latency connectivity and trading infrastructure from day one.

Technically, you\’ll build in Rust with Linux and AWS. Ideally you\’ll have experience with building latency sensitive applications too.

An enthusiasm for software creation is crucial, ideally with a strong Mathematical/Physics (or similar) background.

Most importantly, they celebrate wins without ego and learn from setbacks without blame.

Salary up to £115k. Lots of growth opportunities as the team scales.
