A busy design studio is looking for a personable and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join on a part-time basis. Working closely with the IT Manager to keep the studio’s systems and technology running seamlessly, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working within a creative organisation and who is looking for a long-term role where they can make a real impact.
We’re seeking someone not only with solid technical skills but also the right personal qualities: approachable, reliable, and practical, with a genuine interest in IT and problem-solving. Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who values stability and wants to grow with the studio over time, becoming a trusted part of the team and culture.
Key responsibilities include:- Providing face-to-face and remote IT support to staff
- Diagnosing and resolving issues on MacOS devices quickly and effectively
- Supporting hardware maintenance, updates, and accurate inventory records
- Troubleshooting basic network issues and logging requests
- Administering and troubleshooting Office 365 (including Exchange and Teams)
- Assisting with IT administration, stock, and consumables
- Setting up equipment for new starters, meetings, and presentations
- Administering and overseeing a Jamf environment
- Maintaining accurate software and hardware records
- Providing clear and simple guidance to colleagues with non-technical backgrounds
- Supporting management with ad hoc IT-related tasks
- Proven IT support experience, ideally within a creative or design-led environment
- Strong working knowledge of MacOS and Office 365
- Familiarity with Jamf, SME cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox), VOIP systems, or NAS an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a resourceful, hands-on approach
- Strong organisation and communication skills, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- A personable, positive outlook with the ability to explain technical issues simply
- An interest in design and creative industries is warmly welcomed

This is a 100% office-based role for 3 days per week (must include Wednesday but flexible on the other two).
