Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who values stability and wants to grow with the studio over time, becoming a trusted part of the team and culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing face-to-face and remote IT support to staff
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues on MacOS devices quickly and effectively
  • Supporting hardware maintenance, updates, and accurate inventory records
  • Troubleshooting basic network issues and logging requests
  • Administering and troubleshooting Office 365 (including Exchange and Teams)
  • Assisting with IT administration, stock, and consumables
  • Setting up equipment for new starters, meetings, and presentations
  • Administering and overseeing a Jamf environment
  • Maintaining accurate software and hardware records
  • Providing clear and simple guidance to colleagues with non-technical backgrounds
  • Supporting management with ad hoc IT-related tasks
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven IT support experience, ideally within a creative or design-led environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MacOS and Office 365
  • Familiarity with Jamf, SME cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox), VOIP systems, or NAS an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a resourceful, hands-on approach
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • A personable, positive outlook with the ability to explain technical issues simply
  • An interest in design and creative industries is warmly welcomed
  • Someone seeking longevity in their next role, who will enjoy becoming a consistent and trusted member of the studio team
