Overview
You want to take ownership and make an impact with your work. This early stage company offers the opportunity to work through the full SDLC with no tech debt and minimal red tape. The team is small (6 techies) and has just closed seed funding after a pre-seed in 2025. The platform enables SMEs to master their finance portfolios with active clients in the UK and EU. The culture emphasizes autonomy, creativity, and practical decision making.
Responsibilities
- Build in the modern Microsoft stack: .NET Core, C#, Azure (Kubernetes, etc.) and PostgreSQL.
- Work in a full‑stack capacity with a modern framework; React is essential.
- Operate in a 100% agile environment with a focus on CI/CD pipelines to deliver scalable, responsive applications.
- Collaborate within a small team, act as a problem solver, take feedback, and implement learnings quickly.
- Contribute to product development and be involved in decision making and ownership of outcomes.
Location: 2 days in London. Compensation: up to £90k + equity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the Microsoft stack: .NET Core, C#, Azure (Kubernetes, etc.) and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React, in a full-stack position.
- Strong collaboration and team‑oriented mindset; ability to help others and adapt based on feedback.
- Comfort working in an autonomous, fast-paced startup environment.
