A highly regarded UK-based architecture and placemaking practice is seeking a Managing Director to partner closely with the founding partners in leading and expanding the business. Located in Clerkenwell, the studio brings together around 65 architects, designers, and support professionals, delivering prominent international projects across a diverse range of sectors.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership position with overall responsibility for the operational, commercial, and financial performance of the practice. The Managing Director will oversee the day-to-day running of the business, including financial planning, fee forecasting, and operational management, while also playing a central role in shaping team leadership and studio culture. Working as a trusted strategic partner to the founders, they will help define and deliver the long-term vision and continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to a team of approximately 70 architects, designers, and support staff
