This is production infrastructure already live — tokenising real-world assets onchain via a regulated, asset-backed digital security structure. Live product. Real onboarding, custody, issuance, redemption. A regulated infrastructure platform transitioning from single-product business to a multi-partner platform across alternative asset classes.

Small engineering team, hands-on culture, no research sandbox. You'll own and evolve the Solidity layer end-to-end: token issuance, redemption, wallet flows, upgrade patterns, modular contracts powering future white-label deployments. You'll troubleshoot live production issues, own audits and security reviews with external partners. This isn't 90% architecture and 10% code — it's the inverse.

Stack: Solidity, EVM, Foundry/Hardhat, ERC-20/721, upgradeable patterns, plus heavy AI tooling baked into the day-to-day (Claude, Cursor, Copilot). Strong Solidity production fundamentals required. Familiarity with ERC standards, security best practices, and common attack vectors. Backend and API integration experience essential. AI dev tooling fluency is a hard ask, not a nice-to-have.

Bonus: wallet infrastructure, regulated fintech, upgradeable patterns, supporting live blockchain products with real users and real assets. Suitable for engineers who've shipped contracts that hold real money — not theoretical TVL. Ex-DeFi protocol engineers ready for the institutional side. Builders, not researchers. Low ego, high self-worth.

Not for you if you want to ship another testnet experiment, or if your interest in blockchain is purely speculative.

£75k–£95k base + options for the right person. London, in-office. No CV required to start the chat. Message Kieran on LinkedIn to fast track.
