A high net worth owner of a design studio is looking for an EA to provide comprehensive support to both them and their family. This is a rare opportunity for a highly articulate, culturally aware and exceptionally organised professional to take on a key role within an internationally respected design practice. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will act as a trusted partner to the owner ensuring that professional and personal matters run smoothly across multiple global projects and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide forward-thinking diary and inbox management balancing international and domestic commitments.
- Coordinate complex global travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics.
- Communicate confidently with clients, partners and senior stakeholders while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and documents with outstanding accuracy, tone and context.
- Manage communications across Outlook, Teams, WeChat, WhatsApp and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of InDesign considered beneficial.
- Oversee aspects of personal support including travel, property coordination and household organisation.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
About You
- Degree educated with a strong academic background.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished correspondence and represent the Director with confidence.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or founders within fast-paced creative or design-led environments.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and support effectively.
- Confident, composed and consistently professional.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools, with familiarity in InDesign considered an advantage.
- Culturally aware with a genuine interest in architecture, art, design and high-quality lifestyle sectors.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to support across international time zones when needed.
