Experienced and creative Senior Architect ready to lead a team through all stages of a large regeneration project. An industry leading international architectural practice is looking for a driven Senior Architect to lead on a large regeneration project, known for its thoughtful, socially responsive approach to design, with a strong focus on housing and regeneration. This practice is an extremely attractive employer for those looking to develop in their career through exciting design led projects.
The practice works across a wide range of scales, from individual residential buildings to large masterplans, and is particularly recognised for delivering high-quality, sustainable housing.
We are looking for an architect with 4-7+ years of experience Post Part III with a passion for large scale housing projects and a high proficiency using Revit. Strong evidence of leading projects of a similar scale would be preferable with a focus on delivering. We are looking for someone who enjoys the design aspect of the early RIBA stages with a keen eye for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high design standard. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to develop their career whilst proudly creating a large project that will make a huge difference to a community.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with previous master planning projects, have strong communication skills to liaise with clients/stakeholders and also be very confident using Revit.
