Business Development Executive

You want to make a sizeable impact in the crypto space.

You're intelligent, and know that the future of tech sales is redefining how liquidity works in crypto.

Working for a VC backed DeFi start up, you'll have an opportunity to make animpact on the entire ecosystem.

You'll collab directly with the founding team, but have lots of autonomy to do what you do best – build relationships and close deals.

You'll be selling to founders to solve their liquidity problems. Knowledge of this space is crucial.

This position is for a hunter, who thrives when identifying, winning and closing new business.

You'll be fortunate enough to create a new GTM strategy with the founders and set up multi-channel campaigns that actually win business.

You need at least two years selling within crypto to be considered, with a track record of over achieving.

Ideally you'll understand, and be able to articulate, the concepts of tokenomics and liquidity.

Most importantly, they celebrate wins without ego and learn from setbacks without blame.

Salary up to £100k. Lots of growth opportunities as they scale.
