A respected and design-led architecture studio is seeking a Team & Recruitment Coordinator to support day-to-day studio operations while coordinating recruitment across the practice. Working closely with architects, project teams, HR and studio leadership, this role plays a key part in keeping the studio running smoothly and delivering a professional, welcoming experience to candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative and diary support to senior staff and project teams
  • Inbox management and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coordinating meetings, studio events and travel
  • Document management and maintaining project records
  • Supporting bids, presentations and design documents (formatting/proofreading)
  • Assisting with expenses, purchase orders and HR/finance queries
  • Providing cover across teams and supporting process improvements

Recruitment Coordination

  • Posting job adverts and liaising with agencies
  • Managing applications and the ATS
  • Liaising with candidates and interviewers
  • Coordinating interviews and preparing interview packs

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a team support or administrative role
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confident team player with strong time management skills
  • Fast and accurate typing (60 wpm minimum)
  • Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent)
