We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Multi-Skilled Engineer who has recently completed an Engineering Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent engineering qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful FMCG manufacturing business where you'll gain hands-on experience, develop your technical skills, and build a long-term career within a supportive engineering team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across our production site.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
  • Assist with fault finding and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Support production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
  • Help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
  • Learn and develop your skills across a range of manufacturing systems and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recently completed an Engineering Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • A background or interest in Food Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, FMCG, or a related sector.
  • A good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for engineering and continuous improvement.
