We are looking for a highly organised, bright and forward-thinking Talent Coordinator to join a groundbreaking Management consultancy based near Bank Station in the City of London. The role will support a Talent team of four who provide internal recruitment globally for all roles up to the Partner level.

The position will be based 2/3 days in the office with a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement. The company offers a superb benefits package, amazing office space and working alongside a brilliant team of motivated and passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Book and coordinate interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and calendars are aligned. Manage and update the interviewer panel. Act as the point of contact between candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and professional interview process. Collecting and sharing 360-degree feedback for all stakeholders.
  • Candidate & Interviewer Engagement: Build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout their hiring journey, providing timely updates and guidance. Support interviewers with materials, reminders, and feedback coordination.
  • Event Coordination: Lead the coordination and invitation process for the monthly talent engagement event. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently, from sending invites to managing attendee lists and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Excellence: Support reporting needs by tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports for the Talent team. Continuously seek ways to improve coordination processes and tools. Maintain the highest standards on the internal applicant tracking system - Greenhouse. Providing readily available accurate data at all times.
