We have a fantastic new reception role for a Wealth Management firm in St James. This client has an impressive office space and requires a receptionist who will work well within a prestigious investment firm. This is a superb opportunity for a bright, forward-thinking receptionist to provide 5* client service to all guests. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients in person and over the phone. You will be a people person, be smartly presented at all times, and have a professional telephone manner.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up meeting rooms, including drinks and preparing refreshments for clients and meetings
- Answering and transferring calls
- Setting up Zoom calls (must be tech-savvy with good IT skills)
- Keeping track of office supplies, ordering drinks and stationery, replenishing stock
- Assisting with client in-house events, setting up board/client meetings
- Ensuring a neat front of house at all times
Admin work includes:
- Supporting the finance team with expenses
- Supporting the HR director's duties, such as reference requests, updating HR systems, and HR admin when required
Ideally, you will have a few years of front-of-house experience within a similar investment firm. You will be of graduate calibre and possess excellent administrative skills. Excellent benefits package on offer.
