£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits and bonus! You must have at least two years of assistant experience in a similar role/firm. We are recruiting a PA role for a mid-sized Private Equity firm supporting a small Investment team 1:3. This role needs a PA with experience organising weekly multistop travel; you will have booked travel and schedules across European timezones - flights, hotels, and roadshows. Organised ever-changing schedules and diaries and was confident in this aspect of PA work. The role is fast-paced, with last-minute schedule changes. You will be highly organised, professional with a high attention to detail, well prepared, and positive attitude. I.T Proficiency is a must – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams: Concur or a similar expenses package. European language skills could be helpful but not essential.
Duties include:
- Diary management
- Extensive booking of meetings – managing the logistics of moving agendas
- Arrangement of travel and accommodation, including international events
- Input and maintain expenses for the investment team
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, including printing and binding presentations and IT set up for video conferencing, if required
- Provide full administrative support to the investment team
- Provide support to the administration team when required
