We have a fantastic new 1-year FTC role for a Private Equity client based in Mayfair. We are looking for a superhero to take on this position. A background in a similar position in a global Private Equity or Investment firm is a must for this position. This is a busy role working for one of the world's top Investment firms and requires a highly capable, bright, and organised person with a knowledgeable background.
- Overseeing the team of EAs, PAs and Reception, Operations Management for the UK business, ensuring smooth running of facilities in the London office
- Facilities – ensuring the smooth running of the facilities, contract management from procurement to managing contractors and maintaining solid relations, performing benchmarking exercises with other PE firms, insurances
- IT – managing the UK IT facility and phone contract
- Health & Safety – with a good understanding of UK law, ensuring that the UK office adheres to Government guidelines, risk assessments
- Project management
- Overseeing PA/EA recruitment if required
- HR duties when required
- Compliance duties when required
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations/Office Manager who has previously worked at the top level and has an excellent understanding of Private Equity. You will be calm, diplomatic, and able to handle a busy role, always working at the highest level. Excellent communication skills and being a good judge of character are crucial for this position.
You will be of graduate calibre with a dedicated approach to your work. This is a fantastic firm to work for with an impressive office space in the heart of Mayfair.
