We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global private equity firm in Mayfair who are looking for a polished, personable and highly organised Corporate Receptionist / Assistant to join their team. This is not your typical reception role. You will be the face of the firm, a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and guests, while also providing valuable administrative support to a high-performing Associate team. The Role
As the first point of contact for this prestigious firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs seamlessly and every interaction reflects the high standards of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the front-of-house experience to an exceptional standard
- Welcoming and supporting senior clients, investors and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and office logistics
- Providing administrative support to the Associate team, including diary management, travel arrangements and expenses
- Assisting with investor meetings, events and wider office initiatives
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key ambassador for the firm
About You
We are looking for someone with a bright, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. You will ideally have:
- Experience in a corporate reception, office assistant or administrative support role
- A professional, confident and engaging communication style
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A calm and composed approach, even in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with expenses systems would be advantageous
- Previous experience within financial services, private equity or a professional services environment would be beneficial
