The role
We're delighted to be partnering with a leading global Private Equity firm in Mayfair to find a polished, personable and highly organised Corporate Receptionist / Team Assistant. This isn't a typical reception role. You'll be the face of the firm — a trusted first point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and guests — while also providing valuable administrative support to a high-performing Associate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, high-achieving culture, this could be the role for you.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for the firm, ensuring every visitor experience reflects the business's high standards
- Providing administrative support to the Associate team, including diary management, travel arrangements and expenses
- Assisting with investor meetings, events and wider office initiatives
- Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key ambassador for the firm
What we're looking for
- A bright, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Previous experience within financial services, private equity or a professional services environment is beneficial but not essential
- Above all, personality, ambition and a genuine desire to be part of a successful team
