We are looking for a Receptionist who has previously worked with corporate firms, ideally in the Investment sector.
We would be delighted to hear if you are available immediately and looking for long- or short-term temp bookings at the reception and front of the house.
Duties include
- Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome.
- Ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their visit and efficiently handling any requests.
- Handling external and internal calls and taking messages.
- Scheduling meetings/room bookings.
- AV and technical management of meeting rooms to ensure smooth running of all sessions.
- Working closely with the team to ensure efficient communication and guest service, creating a consistently excellent impact.
- Managing deliveries and couriers.
- Collecting post from reception and distributing to Management Team.
- Ensuring a smart and tidy reception area.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy, load/unload dishwasher, keeping the drinks fridge and biscuit jar full!
- Keep main reception informed of any guests visiting.
- Fruit and Milk delivery.
