We are recruiting a fabulous new role for a small but highly successful Venture Capital firm, based in a beautiful office in Covent Garden. The role is to support three exceptionally busy Partners who travel extensively, organise complex diaries and meeting arrangements, inbox management, organise some events and multiple dinners weekly. Regular and ever-changing travel and scheduling to the US and Israel, as well as prior experience working in these time zones, are beneficial for this position. There will also be admin tasks, including updating social media, filing important legal and finance documents, using CRM systems and Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will be bright, exceptionally organised, and emotionally intelligent, with previous EA/PA experience working in a fast-paced role within VC or Private Equity. The firm offers a great benefits package, Mon/ Fri – WFH, and Tues – Thur, office-based. Working hours 9 am – 6pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
