We are looking to find a Corporate Receptionist / Assistant to provide absolute first-class support. This is a standalone Reception position with Assistant duties to support a team of 3. You will take charge of FOH, ensuring smooth running, Reception duties and Assistant support when needed. Our client is a highly regarded Investment firm with a beautiful office near Green Park station. They offer superb benefits packages and a generous bonus structure. Reception duties will include meeting and greeting all guests in the office, setting up meeting rooms, answering calls, setting up and restocking refreshments, ordering catering, ensuring the FOH is clean and tidy at all times and ensuring everyone entering the office gets a warm and friendly welcome. You must have amazing client service skills, super high attention to detail and a welcoming manner both in person and over the phone. Health and Safety and Fire Warden Work closely with the Office Manager to assist with any facilities duties that need doing, . Provide PA support to a team of three junior Associates when needed. Duties include organiisng calendars, booking flights and taxis. Booking meetings and sending out invites, admin support to assist where needed. We are ideally looking to find a hardworking candidate with high standards, a team player, bright, thinks ahead and is able to help around the office when required. You will be smartly presented and happy to work in a high-end office around HNWI. This client offers an amazing package with great benefits and a bonus structure.
