Job Description
We are recruiting for an incredible EA to support the Co-Founder of a leading Private Equity firm based in Mayfair. The role is a 1:1 position supporting at the highest level. You will be providing top-level support with both business and private support.

We are looking for a highly organised, smart, forward-thinking EA who can remain calm under pressure, plan, and be polite and helpful.

The role is a 6-month mat cover, fully office-based. The hours are 9 a.m.-6 p.m., with flexibility needed.

- Duties will include intensive and hectic scheduling, global travel arrangements, assisting with household staff, organising private jets, planning and arranging business and personal trips, and arranging exceptionally high-level and confidential meetings and being his ambassador at all times.
- Serving as a liaison to portfolio company boards of directors, personal assistants and global household staff
- Managing extensive and complex global travel arrangements & logistics with frequent short notice changes across the diary, including: visas, passport renewals, expedited airport access program registration, and staying on top of all travel regulations and requirements (including COVID, if that again becomes a problem)
- Preparing detailed itineraries with multi-leg trips, prone to last-minute changes
- Maintaining personal and business filings
- Providing personal support for family members and guests, including travel arrangements and personal shopping
- Assisting with an extensive art and furniture collection, managing storage facility arrangements
- Coordinating and facilitating shipments globally (includes purchase & payment as well as interfacing with galleries, auction houses and vendors)
- Preparing auction reports and summaries
- Personal EA duties will be supporting the family and liaising with family EAs.
