Valuation Surveyor – Associate Director

An extremely successful, market-leading Estate Agent in south Liverpool is currently seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join the company.

You will be responsible for listing a range of local properties and ensuring that customers always receive an excellent level of service. You will be expected to self-generate business proactively and tenaciously while ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest standards.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Valuations experience with a proven track record in taking on new instructions or an experienced negotiator looking to progress to the next stage of their career
• A thorough knowledge of the property industry
• Local knowledge of south Liverpool
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, with experience in a target-driven role
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Enthusiastic and highly driven
• Ambitious and career-minded
• Team player, honest, and personable

As a Valuer, you will be driven to meet instruction targets and KPIs. You will proactively contact prospective clients to arrange property valuations and upsell additional services. You will also be involved in the initial marketing process and collaborate with the sales team to progress properties to completion. This is a busy role that offers daily challenges and the opportunity to significantly contribute to the company\’s success.

Our client offers a basic salary of up to £35,000 – £45,000, plus a lucrative bonus/commission scheme with an OTE of approximately £60,000.
