Responsibilities:
- Listing a range of local properties and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Self-generating business proactively while adhering to compliance procedures.
- Converting instructions and meeting KPIs.
- Proactively contacting prospective clients for valuations and upselling additional services.
- Assisting in marketing and progressing properties through to completion.
