A Senior Commercial Asset Manager is required to work across a mixed portfolio of Retail, Office, Industrial and Leisure properties, in the Northwest of England.

We are looking for an experienced individual who will take the lead on asset strategy, leading on rent & lease renewals, and working to maximise the potential of its 100 strong commercial portfolio.

Previous experience of Asset Management is required, and the role will be based in South Manchester/Cheshire.
