The Opportunity
Kingsley is working in partnership with a full cycle real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to play a pivotal role in the leadership, growth, and performance of its Property Management offering.
Role Purpose
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for delivering a high standard of property management service (all commercial sectors, with some residential), maintaining strong client and occupier relationships, overseeing compliance and financial performance, and assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members.

Essential
- Significant experience in property management within a managing agent environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial property management and service charge administration.
- Experience managing mixed-use or commercial portfolios.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Good understanding of health & safety and property compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- RICS, or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience managing multi-let commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience overseeing major works projects.
