The Client Kingsley is acting for a national property asset management specialist, with offices across the UK, that is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Management Surveyor to its Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- Understand the strategic objectives of the client and work within the companies agreed scope to meet their requirements.
- Develop a CRM role with key clients.
- Build your network of market contacts and understand the core business development approach and principles of the company.
- Identify opportunities to introduce the client to wider company services e.g. ESG/Destination Marketing.
- Demonstrate a depth of knowledge and experience which enables you to identify added value opportunities for clients, generating additional fees to the business.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and perspectives.
- Promote asset management initiatives to clients.
- Work across complex assets (size/multi-sector) or with complex client stakeholders.
- Supervise the work of Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors.
- Be a trusted support to Associates and Partners across the business.
- Mitigate risk on behalf of the business and the clients.
- Take responsibility to ensure that all client reports are submitted on time.
- Establish and maintain strong internal communication, ensuring all colleagues are aligned to client strategy and requirements.
- Participate in external networking events, representing yourself and the company, and raising awareness of the company profile and brand.
- Share your knowledge, insight and opinion within the business to encourage innovation, efficiency and growth in line with Business Plan objectives.
- Take on additional internal responsibilities within the business e.g. training and mentoring.
- Represent the business in a professional capacity in line with company values.
- Maintain your professional qualification via CPD.
- Engage with broader company initiatives, supporting the whole team.
