Our client is a highly successful estate agent with a well-established office in Liverpool. Their team is growing so they’re looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join the city centre office. You’ll be selling a range of residential properties, including new build, shared ownership, apartments and general resale houses.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and self-motivated candidate to act as a key member of the sales team, working within a KPI driven office where results are key and success is celebrated! Daily tasks include:
- Arranging viewings and new instructions
- Marketing new properties
- Negotiating offers
- Managing your own sales pipeline through to completion
You’ll need your own car to go on occasional viewings. Team fit is really important! Our client has a fabulous office environment, and they want to make sure this continues to flourish. A strong work ethic and a sense of humour is a must; they work hard whilst also having fun!
Experience within a similar role and an understanding of the property sales process is a must. Basic salary is between £29,500 and £31,500, plus commission for sales fees and referrals with a realistic OTE of £38,000 – £40,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (Saturdays are from home and a lieu day given). 1 day per week from home after passing probation.
