The Opportunity

Kingsley is working in partnership with Sciontec, a highly successful property development company who own and operate Liverpool Science Park (LSP), manage Sciontec AI in The Spine and are developing new, world-class science & technology facilities across the Liverpool city centre and the wider Liverpool City Region. A Commercial Property Manager is required to cover the day-to-day management of Sciontec’s high-quality portfolio of commercial properties.
