Purpose of the Role
A multi-disciplinary surveying consultancy, with a strong and well-established Property Asset Management Department is looking to appoint an MRICS qualified Surveyor or Senior Surveyor, to hep manage a collection of Grade A assets, across the north. *

You’ll take full ownership of the operational and strategic performance of a regional portfolio, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Full day-to-day management of a multi-asset commercial property portfolio in the Northern Region.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants to support retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reporting, adhering to industry codes of practice.
- Collaborate with facilities, finance, and ESG teams to deliver seamless, integrated services.
- Provide regular client reporting and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance asset value and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial property management (ideally both multi-let and single-let environments).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Commercially minded with excellent financial and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi or Tramps is advantageous.
- MRICS qualification (or actively working towards it) preferred.
- A confident, motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven setting.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary from £30,000 to circa £40,000 per annum
