We’re partnering with a long-standing, highly respected surveying practice in Liverpool that is launching a brand new in-house architectural team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow this function from day one while enjoying the security and reputation of an established firm behind you.

As an Architectural Technician, you’ll work on a diverse range of commercial schemes for high-profile clients across the retail and industrial sectors. You’ll also have the chance to get out on site to see your designs come to life and collaborate closely with surveyors, project managers, and consultants to deliver exceptional results.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing detailed technical drawings using Revit/BIM and AutoCAD
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Ensuring all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations
  • Attending site visits to liaise with clients and monitor project progress
  • Working as part of an ambitious, growing architectural team

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and experience working in a BIM environment
  • Good knowledge of planning processes and UK building regulations
  • Experience in retail and/or industrial sector projects
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working both in the studio and on site
