Are you an ambitious Building Surveyor looking to develop your career within Project Management? Alternatively, you may already work as a Project Manager, but are looking for a new challenge.
I am currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join a growing consultancy, who work across a range of sectors, including residential, health, and education. The role would suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a team. You will become a key part of a privately owned, highly successful construction consultancy. You will work closely with the management team. This is a new appointment, due to the firm securing a wealth of new clients across various sectors.
You will:
- Have a degree in Building Surveying or a construction-related subject
- Have managed a range of projects across multiple sectors, which could include residential, health, education, retail, and commercial
- Possess the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results to achieve targets
- Be committed to client satisfaction through the achievement of quality delivery
- Possess drive, self-confidence, assertion, accuracy, and the ability to achieve profitable results
