What you’ll be doing:
- Advising and supporting clients on the delivery of capital programmes, refurbishments, and new build schemes.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public and private sector clients, helping to grow both new and existing accounts.
- Managing the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Leading procurement strategies, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
- Ensuring projects meet sustainability, accessibility, and community value goals.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, building surveying, or project management.
- Experience working within public and/or private sector organisations — particularly with local authorities, healthcare providers, defence clients, education bodies, or commercial developers.
- Strong understanding of procurement routes, governance, and regulatory requirements across multiple sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering projects that make a positive impact.
