This is a great opportunity to grow your career by leading and developing the existing Building Surveying Team in our clients Liverpool office whilst being supported by this established multi-discipline practice. We are seeking a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work.
You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth. The successful candidate will benefit from becoming part of our engaging and progressive culture which supports your continued development, career goals and who values your welfare. Roles & Responsibilities:- Hands on delivery of building surveying services
- Leading projects often co-ordinating our in-house multi-discipline design services
- Client management and development
- Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team
- Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy experience in the North West Marketplace
- Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
- Be able to manage your own workload
- Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
