A leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a talented Programme Manager to join its growing Programme Management Office (PMO) team in Manchester. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic programmes across sectors including healthcare, education, public sector and commercial developments.
Working alongside senior stakeholders and project teams, you’ll help drive programme performance, governance and transformational change, ensuring projects achieve their objectives and deliver lasting value.
The Opportunity
As a Programme Manager, you’ll support the successful delivery of large-scale programmes from concept through to completion, providing leadership, structure and strategic oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

- Experience in Programme Management, PMO, Capital Projects or Strategic Project Delivery.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience preparing business cases, governance reports and executive presentations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The confidence to challenge, influence and engage senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of programme management frameworks and governance processes.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- PRINCE2, MSP, APM or PMP qualifications would be advantageous.
