An exciting opportunity has arisen for two part‑time (0.5 FTE) teachers to join either Place Farm Primary Academy or Coupals Primary Academy at a time of growth and development across both schools. We are seeking skilled, committed and child‑centred teachers with a strong interest and experience in SEND, Nursery, EYFS and Key Stage 1, who are passionate about making a difference for our youngest and most vulnerable learners. After one full year, you could start the SENDCo qualification to support your professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver specific SEND interventions to support pupils with additional and complex needs.
- Work directly within our Nursery provision, supporting high‑quality early learning experiences.
- Spend part of the week teaching and supporting learning in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1.
- Work closely with class teachers, SENDCo and leaders to ensure provision is well planned, inclusive and impactful.
- Contribute fully to assessment, planning, review and communication with families, in line with a teacher’s professional responsibilities.
- Responsibilities will be commensurate with a teacher’s role, with a clear focus on inclusive practice, high expectations and strong outcomes for pupils.
