Place Ascotis is looking for an experienced administrator to join one of its high-performing sales teams in their brand-new office space.

Responsibilities

  • Reception & admin to keep the sales engine running
  • Coordinating slick marketing materials with an eye for detail
  • Owning contacts, calendars & database like a pro
  • Self-managing your day
  • Delivering a seriously good client experience, start to finish
  • General office management duties as directed

Qualifications

  • Form 6 experience - NON-NEGOTIABLE!!
