Key Responsibilities could include:
  • Ensure timely issue and distribution of project information, including drawings and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project filing systems and ensure all information is logged and easily accessible.
  • Update and manage project trackers to monitor the flow of information and ensure actions are completed on time.
  • Help maintain project procedures, ensuring they are followed by all team members and contributors.
  • Manage the uploading and downloading of project information through EDM systems, such as Viewpoint, Aconex, or Asite.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of site reports and other project-related documentation using MS Office Suite.
  • Maintain order and tidiness within the project team areas and office spaces.
  • Support the implementation of control systems to ensure project processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required by the project teams.
