An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and imaginative Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join a respected architectural and urban design practice celebrated for its collaborative and supportive working culture. In this role, you’ll help craft compelling written submissions, eye-catching graphics, and digital content that highlight the practice’s acclaimed projects. You’ll have the chance to explore a broad range of design and marketing activities, from bid coordination and event support to contributing to social media and PR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate written submissions, bid documents, and accompanying visuals for new business opportunities.
- Design engaging materials for digital and print use, including brochures, presentations, and social media assets.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and assist with PR, e-communications, and both internal and external communications.
- Work closely with senior staff and project teams to maintain a high standard and consistency across all outputs.
- Support event organisation and help manage website updates and social media content.
About you
- Strong writing abilities with the flexibility to tailor tone and messaging for varying audiences.
- A sharp visual sensibility and familiarity with architectural imagery and design presentation.
- Competent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
