A forward-thinking London-based housing organisation, specialising in shared ownership homes, is looking for a brilliant Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and engagement, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results across all marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support new developments and brand growth.
- Lead on digital campaign planning and delivery — with a strong focus on TikTok.
- Create engaging and shareable digital content tailored for TikTok to reach new audiences and boost brand engagement.
- Implement data-driven lead generation and nurturing strategies to maximise qualified enquiries and improve ROI.
- Manage production of marketing materials, online assets, and multimedia content.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven success in lead generation and digital campaign optimisation with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience using TikTok as a strategic marketing and lead generation tool.
- Background in housing, property, or the built environment (essential).
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency in InDesign and/or Photoshop (highly desirable).
