This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and creative Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join a highly regarded architectural and urban design practice known for its collaborative and inclusive culture. You will help produce high-quality written submissions, engaging graphic materials, and digital content that showcase the practice’s award-winning work. The position offers plenty of scope to explore different aspects of design and marketing — from coordinating bids and events to contributing to social media and PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and coordinate written submissions, bid documents, and supporting visuals for business development opportunities.
- Design engaging materials for both digital and print media, including brochures, presentations, and social media posts.
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and assist with PR, e-communications, and internal/external communications.
- Collaborate with senior staff and design teams across the studio to ensure quality and consistency of all outputs.
- Assist in organising events and maintaining website and social media content.
About you
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or Urban Design, with relevant industry experience.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences.
- Excellent visual eye and an understanding of architectural imagery and design presentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with social media, e-communications, and content creation.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, or video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) desirable.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
