A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bids Coordinator or Bids Manager to participate in procurement and creation of innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work. The successful candidate will join a pioneering practice with sustainability as a core value, within a midsized, collaborative team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the practice’s bid process and related tasks such as tracking potential work.
  • Playing a key role in project procurement within a vibrant and growing practice.
  • Producing and curating compelling text with a diligent, team-oriented approach.
  • Collaborating closely with practice leaders, architects, and the marketing team.
  • Producing bid documents, PQQs, and tender responses in line with deadlines.
  • Creating eye-catching layouts using superb typography and artistic skills.
  • Generating marketing collateral aligned with key objectives.
  • Preparing and distributing quarterly newsletters to external contacts.
  • Managing project stories and updates on the intranet.
  • Maintaining a library of PQQ info, staff CVs, case studies, and photos, filed per practice policy.
  • Analyzing bid metrics and refining strategies for future submissions.
  • Uploading regional content to the asset management system.
  • Compiling activity reports for marketing and business development.
