A well-established, design-focused architecture studio is looking for a Studio Manager & Recruitment Coordinator to support the smooth running of the studio while managing recruitment activity across the practice. Working closely with architects, project teams, HR and studio leadership, this role is central to maintaining efficient operations and delivering a professional and welcoming experience for both employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and diary support to senior staff and project teams
  • Managing shared inboxes and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coordinating meetings, studio events and travel arrangements
  • Managing documents and maintaining accurate project records
  • Supporting bids, presentations and design materials (formatting and proofreading)
  • Assisting with expenses, purchase orders and HR/finance queries
  • Offering cover across teams and contributing to process improvements

Recruitment Coordination

  • Posting job adverts and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Managing applications and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Communicating with candidates and internal interviewers

About You
