A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager to join a growing, dynamic a multidisciplinary design and architecture studio. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a close-knit, energetic and fun team focused on creating cutting edge, experimental spaces and design.

As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the studio and ensuring the team can focus on what they do best: designing exceptional spaces. You will play a vital role in managing studio operations, from scheduling and office administration to project coordination and client interaction.

Some potential responsibilities could include:

· Assisting the Head of Operations with studio administration, accreditations etc;

· Acting as the central point of contact for the studio, managing communication between team members, clients, and external partners;

· Organize and maintain office systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow;

· Assist in coordinating project timelines, meetings, and deliverables;

· Manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities;

· Support the team with document preparation, project coordination, and presentation materials;

· Handle client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and assisting with project logistics;

· Help organize studio events, team-building activities, and presentations;
