We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Administrator to join a vibrant and creative architecture practice. This role is key to the smooth running of our studio, providing essential administrative support to the design teams and ensuring that the office operates efficiently. You will work closely with the Directors and Studio Manager to keep everything running smoothly and assist with the daily operations of a busy creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors and design teams, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Oversee office supplies and studio logistics to ensure everything is well-maintained and operational.
- Organise travel arrangements, events, and team activities.
